Crews pulled a young boy from the mangled debris. The boy talking with his rescuers before he was carried off. And earlier cnn spoke with a man who rushed to the scene after the collapse, and he heard the boy screaming. I could hear Somebody Yelling and screaming. Myself and another individual decided to get closer. It was at that point i could begin to hear him clearly and hear by his voice that he was a little boy. No word how many could be trapped and what caused the collapse. Here is what the mayor said a short time ago. They were doing roof work on the building at the time. Certainly that doesnt seem like it would be the issue that would have caused it.
