By Victor Omondi A viral video circulating on social media has triggered outrage and put a couple of New Jersey cops in hot soup for harassment of Black and Latino teens. The group of police officers are seen in the video harassing the bunch of teens for riding their bikes through town without license. According to the laws of Perth Amboy Municipality, bikes on the road require license plates. Any violators of this law are to have their bikes confiscated and would have to pay a fine before getting them back. The 17-minute footage shows the group of teenagers pulling stunts on the road while riding their bikes against traffic. In a moments time, police officers appear and starts to seize the bikes, causing the teens to start parting ways in a frenzy. ....
