Peoria family mourns son killed by wrong-way driver on I-17 off-ramp

Albert and Linda Badalpour hold a photo of their son Romsen Badalpour who was killed by a wrong-way driver.
It was 9 p.m. Friday when Albert Badalpour walked upstairs to settle for bed.
His phone rang with an unknown number. An officer told him his son was hit head-on, and he was in the emergency room. He learned his son, 35-year-old Romsen Badalpour, was in bad shape.

In the dark of night, he rushed from his home in Peoria to HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center near Interstate 17 and Loop 101 in shock. ....
