So when theyre built, they will be e. V. Ready. That will take care of all New Buildings going forward. The existing multifamily unit dwellings, thats still a challenge. We started with the e. V. Readiness ordinance. Were now working on this initiative for private sector garages. Weve done the same for our municipal garages. So that is a bit of the next frontier. Its something weve been looking at, but its challenging from a infrastructure and cost perspective, but its still something were working on. Because the need for charging as we transition the entire fleet is going to continue to grow. Were on step 2 or 3 here and there is a few more after that. Before i begin, i wanted to note one correction to the planning commissions packets, the first attachment illustrating the turk hyde is correctly labeled as attachment b didnt should be attachment a. The item before you today is the approval of an allocation from the Downtown Park funds for two recreation and Park Department assets. The first is an allocation of 550,000 from the Downtown Park fund for the renovation of the minipark and the second of 600,000 for the renovation of willie woowoo playground. They will continue to upgraduate the crucial neighborhood assets. The funding allocation considered today will withdraw 1,150,000 from the Downtown Park funds. I would like to invite her up to present accomplishments of the district. Thank you. Good morning i am the director of the yerba Community Benefit district. I have a few slides. First i want to highlight the district. It is basically between second and fifth streets on the south side of market down to perry, a half block south of harrison. The colors show you the different type of uses that we have in the neighborhood. We are fortunate to be a mixed use area and as a result of this we have a board of directors of 28 people who have to represent this diversity as well and very active board. We are thrilled and i know that cassandra has left we are thrilled this is done. It has had a significant economic benefit. We appreciate them adding public art to the neighborhood
