　　既助力地方经济社会高质量发展，同时实现自身高质量发展，《江苏省人大“十四五”工作规划》7月4日正式公布。记者从省人大常委会办公厅获悉，规划系统谋划了未来五年江苏人大立法、决定、监督、代表工作等方面的目标任务、思路举措，在我省乃至全国尚属首次，是一次重大的实践创新探索。扬子晚报/紫牛新闻记者石小磊
　　“十四五”共安排立法项目96件
　　加快完善地方立法，为江苏开启现代化建设新征程提供法治保障，是新时代新任务对立法工作的新要求。记者注意到，规划紧紧围绕江苏“十四五”经济社会发展规划实施，共安排立法项目96件。其中，今年16件，明年21件，后年20件。

今年底前选出新一届县乡两级人大代表，2023年初选举产生新一届省人大代表、全国人大代表

在市县乡三级人大换届选举完成之后，还将进行省人大换届选举。2022年是省十三届人大的最后一年，明年下半年将组织起草关于做好省人民代表大会换届选举工作的意见，报省委转发。分配新一届省人大代表、我省全国人大代表名额。各设区市于2023年初选举产生新一届省人大代表。
目前省十三届人大常委会组成人员65名，地方组织法规定，人口超过八千万的省级人大常委会组成人员不超过85人。根据“七普”人口数据，江苏人口已达8474万。就增加省人大常委会组成人员名额问题，人代联委将开展调研，提出方案。
2023年初召开省十四届人大一次会议，将依法产生新一届省人大常委会、专门委员会组成人员，选举省政府、省监委、省� ....
