Cornwall Air Ambulance rescued Dan Lethbridge when he became trapped in farm machinery. The cookbook has been published by Liskeard Young Farmers Club to support the work of the charity and was the brainchild of Laura Moore, joint secretary of club, after she had used a similar charity recipe book in the past. Charlotte Tucker, joint secretary of Liskeard YFC said: “Unfortunately, our usual fundraising activities have had to be put on hold due to coronavirus. However, we hope to raise around £3,000 from sales of our cookbook. The recipes have been supplied by past and present members, supporters of club, local chefs, family and friends.” ....
