Some residents from neighborhoods surrounding the University of St. Thomas have petitioned the Minnesota Court of Appeals to request a further review of its environmental impact.
St. Thomas, which recently began playing in Division I athletics, plans to construct the arena in place of three existing buildings on the south campus.
