Planned changes to the United States Postal Service facility at Southridge in Charleston, West Virginia, have been put on hold until early next year after public and political disapproval forced a change. The Charleston Processing and Distribution Center, 1000 Centre Way, has been the subject of much debate throughout the last six months. These plans are part of the 10-year Delivering for America plan, which aims to improve organization and operation across the Postal Service.
