The Avenue Market, formerly known as Lafayette Market, which opened in 1871, has gone through several transformations, but none like what it's about to undergo.
The new Lexington Market continues to roll out vendors and attractions like murals and works from Baltimore artists. The project was originally expected to open early 2022 but is now slated for later in the year.
