The proposed Copper Village housing complex on lower South James Street made their first appearance before the Rome Planning Board at their monthly meeting Tuesday evening, and both the site plan review and the environmental review were tabled for another time.
Representatives from Pennrose Development and Human Technologies appeared before the board to present an overview of the project.
The Lift & The Rise complex, at 2800 Jefferson Ave., features 81 apartments and six townhomes and includes a community room, fitness area, lounge, outdoor seating and play area. The ground floor has retail space for lease.
