(Photo by MWC s Sean Watson) COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater lost for just the second time in the 2021 season, dropping a 54-44 non-conference decision to Grand Ledge Saturday afternoon at the Coach Floyd Eby Gymnasium. The Comets jumped out to a 13-9 first quarter lead and outscored the Cardinals 11-4 in the second to take a 24-13 halftime lead. Grand Ledge held a 12-10 edge in the third quarter, but in the midst of a furious comeback attempt, the Cardinals outscored their guests 21-18 in the final frame. ....
