wind warnings are in effect at the area bridges. this is traffic in the area of providence. looking great moving over towards the west side. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. a brand-new public opinion poll shows us what the voters think are the top issues. kim dacey joins us from the newsroom with a look at some of the numbers. the information comes to us from a poll conducted earlier this month. more than 800 voters were surveyed over the phone. that breaks down into 57% democrats. among those voters, president obama s approval rating rose to 55%. that is close to where he was his first year in office. the increase is attributed to democrats and independents. his approval rating is bouncing back from only 49%. martin o malley s approval rating is holding steady at 53%. that s about the same as it was in september of last year. his consistency is attributed to strong support among women and african american voters. the most important issue remains the economy ....
