News 2020 - 2021 Council of Europe Committee for the Prevention of Torture publishes 5th periodic visit report on Armenia In a report on Armenia published today, the Council of Europe s Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT) calls upon the Armenian authorities to step up their efforts to combat informal prisoner hierarchy and to ensure decent living conditions and access to health care to all prisoners.
