PETALING JAYA: While extending his wishes to all Buddhists in the country, Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong also expressed hope all Malaysians would understand the true meaning of Wesak Day, which is sacrifice.
KUALA LUMPUR: Wesak Day was observed on a grand scale among Buddhists in the country on Thursday (May 4), albeit with some masking up and staying vigilant to the lingering spectre of Covid-19 after two years of muted celebration.
GEORGE TOWN: Wesak Day is back in full force after three years of low-key celebrations, with devotees thronging various temples and places of worship to offer their prayers.
