The Pella City Council will review financing for key infrastructure projects at their meeting this evening. Loan agreements are on the agenda for both $2.3 million in bonds for water, sewer, and street improvements to accommodate the Lely North American Headquarters and $2.2 million for the 218th Avenue/Neil Drive reconstruction and Pella Municipal Airport wildlife fence. Council will also consider resolutions for the utility rules and policies for Pella Fiber, a three-year farm lease agreement, and an exemption from the required peddlers license for the Pella Farmers Market.
