Dozens of vendors attract thousands of customers on Thursdays in the spring, summer and fall. But a new location on the town square is causing some problems for store owners.
The Pella City Council will review financing for key infrastructure projects at their meeting this evening.
Loan agreements are on the agenda for both $2.3 million in bonds for water, sewer, and street improvements to accommodate the Lely North American Headquarters and $2.2 million for the 218th Avenue/Neil Drive reconstruction and Pella Municipal Airport wildlife fence.
Council will also consider resolutions for the utility rules and policies for Pella Fiber, a three-year farm lease agreement, and an exemption from the required peddlers license for the Pella Farmers Market.
The Pella City Council meeting begins at 6 p.m. Tuesday and is available to watch online. To access screen sharing and audio, visit https://join.me/CityofPella
