  The House of Representatives has summoned the Vice Chancellor of the Nigerian Maritime University, Prof. Emmanuel Munakurogha Adigio to appear before its anti-corruption committee over alleged N2 billion procurement fraud and abuse of office.   This was seen in a letter obtained by SaharaReporters which was issued by Adeji S.
