How has that message not gotten across yet . Lets back up to the fact that this girl just threw a candle into the box where two other girls were hiding out. It was planned because the teacher said that he wanted authenticity in the play. What . He said that it was a symbolic act. It catches fire. You see both of the girls jump up. One runs out the door. The other one rolls a little bit and runs out. This isnt symbolism. Thats actual fire. I need more of an explanation. Theres no way a teacher is going to put the kids on the line like that.
