The court was hearing the habeas corpus petitions filed by the kin of associates of Amritpal Singh alleging that they (aides) have been illegally detained by Punjab Police in the wake of 'Operation Amritpal'.
Harjot Singh, a student of Government High Smart School, Buani, has bagged the 11th position in Punjab in the Class X Punjab School Education Board exams, results of which were announced today. Harjot secured 633 marks out of 650 marks.
