asking question, getting answers. cleveland 19 news starts now. breaking news, right now, at 11:00, a deadly hit and run accident on i. 480 westbound. good even, i m sara goldenberg. lidya esparra has the the night off. one woman is dead and another critically shanice dunning is live with the details. shanice? reporter: well, sara, police have arrested the driver but you can see behind me, state highway patrol and cleveland fire still working to clear this accident on 480 west and we are right by state road where this accident happened. the state highway patrol tells me the accident happened around 9:00 tonight. two women were changing a tire here when a driver hit them. the accident originally reported as a hit and run. killed one woman and left the other with serious injuries. the driver kept going but police arrested him just off of ridge road, the next commit from where i m standing. so not far away. the women were just getting ready to leave when the accident happene
