And we wanted to come here in support of fair mitigation of the issues brought about by the taraval muni. Changes that take into account the residents, the muni riders and the merchants. We are just one of Many Community businesses that are affected by the changes happening as a result of the muni island implementation project. There are many variables to consider. One of them is there are parking needs in the lower taraval zone that have not been completely seen at this point. There are four new businesses that have not opened yet. And many that are just recently opened. All of these will require parking and will benefit from the many muni riders that come to the area. One of the businesses is also quite large who spoke earlier, the northeast medical services. Also, the entire block of parking along taraval between 45th and 46th will soon be removed.
