Relatives, paula. i have. new details about the suspect in the washington, d.c. shooting. the man had recently volunteered at a community center for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender people. police say he was carrying sandwiches from chick-fil-a when he busted into the offices of family research council. reporter: paula, john, police are investigating and trying to figure out what motivated this shooting. police say this man, identified as floyd corkins, shot a security guard in the lobby of the family research council, a conservative lobbying group. one person was shot, but police say it could have been far worse. the security officer here is a hero, as far as i am concerned. he did his job. the person never made it past the front, farther than the front door. reporter: police tell us the gunman walked into the lobby of the building and was quickly confronted by security guards as he started yelling something suggesting he did not agree with ....
