Good morning, good to be with you. Im annemarie green. We begin with the rising death toll from the capsized ferry the south korea. It is now at 28. But nearly 270 are still missing and bad weather is hampering rescue efforts. Amateur video of the ferrys sinking has been released. It shows passengers, many of them high school student, wearing life vests and being told to stay where they are. Witnesses say that announcement could have cost 300 people their lives. The ferry was on its way to the island of jeju when it started to cinch wednesday. Seth doane joins us now on the phone where the ship went down. Good morning. Reporter good morning, annemarie.
