Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures is delighted to announce their latest venture, BOURNE TO DANCE, a podcast that will be available via Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Amazon Music launching on International Dance Day, Thursday 29 April 2021.
BOURNE TO DANCE offers listeners an exclusive insight into the world of dance from a variety of perspectives. Each episode will see New Adventures Resident Artist, Paul Smethurst interview people with a passion for dance who occupy a variety of roles within New Adventures and beyond. The first episode, an interview with New Adventures Artistic Director Sir Matthew Bourne, will be available from Thursday 29 April 2021. Roger Joseph Fiala, 82, of Tehachapi, CA, and formerly of Moorland, IA, went home to be with the Lord on January 31, 2021, in Tehachapi, CA, after a well-fought battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held February 27, 2021, at 2:30 pm CST at the Historic Bruce Funeral Home, 923 First Avenue South, Fort Dodge Iowa 50501 followed by a graveside service at the Elkhorn Township Cemetery in rural Moorland. Services will be live streamed via our Historic Bruce Funeral Home Facebook page. The Supreme Court says it “substantially allows” the appeal by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and hospitality campaign groups in what’s being hailed as a landmark case in the fight to get insurers to pay out for business interruption.
The decision will result in payouts for many hospitality businesses and is based on a four-day hearing that saw insurers Argenta, Arch Insurance, Hiscox, MS Amlin, RSA, QBE UK and policyholder action groups Hiscox Action Group and Hospitality Insurance Group Action join the FCA in seeking clarity on whether specific policy wordings cover business interruption caused by the first Covid-19 lockdown.
