good morning. reporter: good morning. let me show you this area around the west oakland bart station is still very much a mess because of that fire. you can see the senior complex under construction is burned. we are tole from bart folks can expect a normal commute to work this morning. just a short time ago we saw workers inspecting the tracks here at the west oakland part station. this is an area that was damaged by the fire and serviced between san francisco and oakland was shut down all morning. making an absolute mess of the morning commute for anyone trying to get across the bay. the bart service did resume just before 4:00 yesterday afternoon. this morning bart officials tell us train service is back to normal. we have completed the work on the tracks. so we are ready to get back to business and keep the bay area moving. reporter: now investigators are looking for three people seen near the west oakland construction site moments before it turned into a ragi ....
