ST. JOHNSBURY — State agencies seeking feedback about traffic laws and enforcement held a public forum at St. Johnsbury School on Wednesday, and only one resident showed up to comment.
After decades in the towing business, George McRae was expecting a tough assignment when police called him yet again to dislodge a tractor-trailer from Smugglers’ Notch in Vermont.
