A plane that crashed in Arundel earlier this month was only 550 feet off the ground when it should have been about 1,300 feet during it's final approach to Biddeford Municipal Airport.
The pilot, Eldon Morrison, 81, of Yarmouth is the founder and CEO of CPM Constructors. Passenger Paul Koziell, 55, from Scarborough, was its president.
