BENSALEM, Pa. - A Bensalem man who was out on bail in two domestic violence cases attacked the same victim a third time last week, authorities say.
Patrick Dando, 35, of Elmwood Avenue, was taken into custody Monday night by agents with the U.S. Marshals Service and Bucks County Detectives. He had been on the run since the Friday afternoon attack.
Most recently, Dando was charged with felony counts of aggravated assault and strangulation, along with misdemeanor counts of simple assault, disorderly conduct, receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking and a summary offense of harassment.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA A man out on bail in two domestic violence cases was arrested in Falls Township on Monday, after police say he attacked the same victim a third time pushing her down concrete steps and choking her until she blacked out.
Patrick Dando, 35, of Bensalem, was arrested by Falls Township Police, U.S. Marshals and Bucks County detectives. According to the Bucks County District Attorney s office, Dando had been on the run since Friday afternoon, when the attack happened.
He is charged with felony counts of aggravated assault and strangulation, along with misdemeanor counts of simple assault, disorderly conduct, receiving stolen property, theft and harassment. He was sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility on $250,000 bail.
DA: Bensalem man on bail assaults victim a third time in Falls
A Bensalem man accused in two previous domestic violence cases was out on bail when he assaulted the victim again Friday, according to authorities.
The Bucks County District Attorney s Office said in a news release that Patrick Dando, 35, was taken into custody Monday night after he was on the run for three days.
Dando is accused of assaulting the woman in August, October and last Friday, according to the release.
In his latest case, Dando is charged with aggravated assault and strangulation, which are felonies, as well as misdemeanor offenses of simple assault, receiving stolen property, disorderly conduct and theft.

A Bensalem Township man out on bail for two previous domestic violence offenses attacked the same Falls Township woman for a third time last week, according to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.
Patrick Dando, 35, was on the streets after two previous domestic violence cases. The first case saw him charged in August 2020 with strangulation, simple assault, and harassment and he posted 10 percent of $40,000 bail the day after his preliminary arraignment by on-call District Judge Joseph Falcone. The second case for charges of strangulation, false imprisonment, simple assault, and harassment had an on-call district judge set bail at $25,000 unsecured in late October 2020.
