Talked, in the phone call, about more ways in which the state of texas will be collaborating with fema and with the federal government. That will be part of the material i cover today. We had a long briefing that i will like to break out in a lot of detail because, as you know, there is a lot going on. A 29-year-old woman who disappeared from Seguin was found dead Saturday night in her vehicle, San Patricio County Sheriff Oscar Rivera said in a social media post.
