Customs and Border Protection says a systemwide outage led to delays at several major airports. News 4s Darcy Spencer is live at dulles with a look at the situation there. Reporter definitely some bad timing there, were told that that outage lasted for four hours. All systems are back on line now but i talked to passengers tonight. There were major delays. George sanker is waiting for Exchange Students to china at Dulles International airport. It was two hours and counting just to get through customs.
