Hannah 'Theresa' Bovich, retired nurse

Hannah Theresa Bovich, 93, of Lewes passed away Monday, Jan. 4, 2021, at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes.  She was born June 2, 1927, in Plattsburgh, N.Y., daughter of the late Adelard and Lena LaRocque.
Mrs. Bovich was a graduate of the College of Mount Saint Vincent, class of 1949, where she earned a bachelor s degree in nursing.  She built a career as a nurse and school nurse, retiring from Lakeland School District in 1989.  Mrs. Bovich spent the majority of her life in New York and raised her children there in Peekskill.  She was a faithful volunteer for The KEON Center, dedicating many hours managing their thrift store.  Mrs. Bovich had many hobbies and interests.  She was a voracious reader and avid traveler, and she enjoyed shopping, arts and crafts, and flower arranging.  Above all, Mrs. Bovich cherished time with those she held most dear.  She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend who was ....

University President Christopher L. Eisgruber has appointed a 11-member committee to search for a new dean of Princeton’s School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA). Cecilia Rouse, the school’s dean since 2012, has been nominated by President-elect Joe Biden to chair the ​Council of Economic Advisers​ (CEA).
Mark Watson, the Howard Harrison and Gabrielle Snyder Beck Professor of Economics and Public Affairs, will serve as acting dean beginning Jan. 4.
