was playing with her child and some neighborhood friends was snatched right off the street along the 4800 block of sugar plum court in plum run village a section of new castle county, delaware. taken around 7:00 last night and found almost two hours later. today police confirm the little girl was also the victim of sexual assault. oh, my gosh, horrendous. not playing screams. like the usual screams i would hear from the little ones but they were just screaming with fear. reporter: police officers swarmed the neighborhood after the 911 call was made. the fbi and state ag also jumped in. i m telling you, i ve had detectives and police at my house constantly. reporter: investigators say man with dark hair driving a dark sedan with tinted windows made small talk with the girl, forced her into the car and took off. they were just crying and screaming and, you know, somebody took her, somebody took her. reporter: two hours later police say the girl was spotted by a pass
