She was born September 4, 1930 the daughter of Theodore and Mae (Quibell) in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada. Dorothy was raised on the Johnson farm homestead and educated there. Lu Traiser, 90, passed away peacefully at Ave Maria Village on December 28, 2022. Born in McClusky, ND, the daughter of Freida (Reile) and Harold Ostrom, she grew up in the North Dakota towns of McClusky, Skogmo, and Drake. Lu graduated from Drake High School and earned a teaching degree at Jamestown College. She later taught school in Buchanan and Spiritwood, ND. ....

Lola Conley
Lola Mae Conley nee Anderson, age 91, of Jamestown, ND passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021. She was the beloved matriarch of the Conley Family and was born in Marion, N.D. to Ted and Elsie Anderson. She was the second youngest of seven siblings.
Lola married Wesley Earle Conley on May 26, 1948 in Sanborn, ND. She was a manager at Sears in Jamestown, ND and later worked at the family machinery dealership, Conley Implement, at Urbana, ND. She was a member of the Eastern Star, and served as North Dakota’s representative to Georgia.
Known for her competence, creativity and conversational skills, Lola could do anything she set her mind to. She possessed many talents, and had a bright and curious mind with an uncanny knack for mechanics. A prolific textile artisan, she made over 25 hand stitched quilts in her lifetime. Out of all of her accomplishments, Lola took the most pride in being an exceptional grandmother and great-grandmother. Her hard work, ....
