A pair of Preferred events for fillies and mares headlined Friday night's harness action at Century Mile with Stash The Cookies and Gold Onthehorizon topping their respective distaff divisions.
Heading into Friday night's Century Mile card, Stash The Cookies held the track record for older pacing mares, and while she added another sizzling score to her resume in the $14,000 Fillies & Mares Preferred Pace, another mare walked away with the distaff record.
Side Piece and trainer-driver Brandon Campbell teamed up to take home the winner's share of the $14,000 purse in the Distaff Preferred at Century Mile on Friday (Oct. 13) evening.
