How to use active and passive voice verbs

Whether you write on a part- or full-time basis, you can benefit from becoming more familiar with an often-overlooked aspect of writing that is treated in today’s column: active and passive voice verbs.
Regardless of the extent of your writing, you can profit not only from learning more about these verbs; you will be better prepared to apply them.  That’s why the primary purpose today is to help make you more effective in developing and completing your letters and reports.
