As before, the Volkswagen Passat Alltrack continues as a more rugged crossover, blurring the lines between traditional wagon and soft-roader SUV. But for 2021 it comes with a gutsy new turbo-petrol engine and, with the Premium model tested here, lashings of luxury and technology.
