　　7月28日晚间，凯乐科技公告，截至目前公司专网通信业务预付账款62.27亿元，除前期公告中所披露逾期供货合同11.51亿元外，经公司自查，目前新增供货商逾期供货合同23.05亿元，相关款项存在损失风险。
　　凯乐科技公告背后，一场涉及6家上市公司的连环“爆雷”正在上演，其中最引人注目的，是上海电气（601727.SH）董事长郑建华因涉嫌严重违纪违法正接受调查。事实上，上海电气不仅是最先“爆雷”的，也是涉及风险资金最大的，损失净利润最高达83亿元。7月28日盘中，上海电气股价一度跌至3.73元，创近8年来最低。而自5月30日发布风险提示后，上海电气股价已断崖式下跌约27%。

　　中锦公司与客户航天神禾签订了系列电子通信设备销售合同。截至公告日，航天神禾在收到产品后未按照合同约定付款，导致逾期应收账款合计1.96亿元，占上市公司最近一年经审计净资产的3.63%。
　　汇鸿集团表示，中锦公司电子通信设备业务的供应商、客户与公司及其他子公司主营业务的供应商、客户没有重叠。上述事项合计金额5.51亿元，占上市公司最近一年经审计净资产的10.21%。相关业务风险具体影响以会计师年度审计确认后的结果为准。公司当前经营所需资金充裕。

　　中锦公司“踩雷”的背后，其电子通信设备业务的销售模式受到关注。汇鸿集团介绍，客户预先支付10%的预付款，中锦公司在收到预付款后180天内交货。客户对产品验收合格后3个工作日内支付90%的尾款。根据合同的约定，中锦公司向生产工厂进行采购，以6个月期限的银行承兑汇票预付100%的采购款，生产工厂的生产周期为175天。
　　将中锦公司拖入泥潭的航天神禾背景特殊。天眼查显示，航天神禾成立于2009年，注册资本为1500万元。该公司由北京赛普工信投资管理有限公司（简称“赛普工信”）、中国航天系统科学与工程研究院分别持股50%。赛普工信则由上海星地通、上海星地通讯工程研究所分别持股60%、40%。上海星地通成立于2011年7月，注册资本3000万元，法定代表人为隋田力。
