Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto- Rubiano said the city government will fully comply with all the guidelines set by the national government under the heightened general community quarantine (GCQ) status of Metro Manila and its nearby provinces of Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, and Bulacan.
Rubiano said they opted to formulate their own guidelines to efficiently and effectively implement the basic health and safety protocol requirements of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF).
Our city council immediately arranged a meeting to form rules and regulations to ensure that it will be followed by the residents for their welfare and safety),” the mayor said.
