Someplace someone has to go in front of the senate, and the senate weighs their points of view and convenient tals, i had to go through that process, it took me two years to push my way through that process. it s a serious legal matter, it should be weighed carefully. it shouldn t be partisan pickering or name calling. this is something that should be handled through the courts, in a respectful and responsible way. that s the proper way to resolve these disputes. your goal is, you think he ll be forced to nominate someone who is less anti- less wants to destroy this than mick mulvaney? that s the point. clearly i m a believer in the consumer bureau, i helped set it up, i ran it for six years, i believe we did a lot of good for the american people who want someone to stand on their side
