MINSK, 2 March (BelTA) - Belarus attaches great importance to its participation in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Chairman of the Standing Committee on International Affairs and National Security of the Council of the Republic, member of the Standing Committee on Political Affairs and International Cooperation of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly Sergei Rachkov told BelTA.
