“Belarus' first priority during its chairmanship in 2023 is resolving crisis situations. All possible diplomatic efforts will be undertaken to de-escalate tensions, reduce the possibility of conflicts, and build up mutual trust through joint actions of the CSTO member states,” Sergei Rachkov said in Moscow.
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Belarus-Russia Union State will receive a partner status at the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly. A draft agreement formalizing this decision was developed and approved by the secretariats of the two organizations, said Vladimir Dzhabarov.
