Meclis Genel Kurulunda bu hafta 4. Yargı Paketi görüşülecek. 6 Temmuz Salı günü TBMM Genel Kurulu’nda, Kamuoyunda 4. Yargı Paketi olarak bilinen, Ceza Muhakemesi Kanunu ve Bazı Kanunlarda Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Kanun Teklifi ele alınacak. Teklifl e boşanmış eşe karşı işlenen, öldürme, eziyet, yaralama, zorla alıkoyma” suçları eşe karşı işlenen suçlarda olduğu gibi “nitelikli suç” kapsamına alınarak ceza artırımına gidiliyor. Adli kontrol sistemi yeniden düzenleniyor. Adli kontrol altında geçecek süre, Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi’nin görev alanına girmeyen işlerde en çok 2 yıl olarak belirleniyor. Adli kontrol kapsamında verilen “konutu terk etmeme” kararı halinde, kişinin evde geçirdiği her 2 gün, mahkumiyet süresinden 1 gün düşürülecek. Background
The European Citizens Initiative allows 1 million citizens from at least a quarter of EU member states to ask the European Commission to propose legislation in areas that fall within its competence. Organisers of successful initiatives are invited by the EU to present their initiative at a public hearing in the European Parliament, in front of the committee responsible for the subject matter.
The “End the Cage Age” ECI was registered with the EU Commission on 5 September 2018. By the time of submission, the initiative gathered support of almost 1.4m signatories from across the EU, with the required threshold for signatures met in 18 member states. ....
