GRAND RAPIDS, MI Rosa Parks Circle, a popular downtown Grand Rapids park and gathering spot, is closed to the public until the fall.
The closure is part of a $2.8 million project to restore and improve the 20-year-old landmark at 135 Monroe Center Street NW that, at its heart, features a concrete gathering area/sculpture called the “Ecliptic.”
