PARKERSBURG Downtown PKB has announced its annual Spirit of Downtown awards at its annual board of directors meeting this week.
The meeting was virtually held on Zoom and Facebook Live.
Awards were presented to:
Jessie Siefert from the Parkersburg Art Center, Spirit of Downtown Person of the Year, sponsored by WVU Parkersburg.
