Here is information from the reports: Attempted shoplifting A man tried to shoplift items about 3 p.m. Wednesday at Mariano s, 678 N. York St. He dropped the items after he was confronted. He left in an unknown direction. He was described as white, about 50 years old, 5-foot-11, 180 pounds, having gray hair, and wearing a blue mask, gray T-shirt, blue jeans and black and white shoes.
