health care. that s absolutely correct. what does this fros loproces like, planned pa ened parenthoo lawsuit, how will it look going forward? well, we filed today in eugene, oregon. our case has been assigned, the 21 attorney general and state cases have been assigned already to judge michael mcshane. the planned parenthood and ama case was also filed in eugene. so i m assuming that that case will also be assigned to the same judge. we ll move forward. we ll within a certain period of time file a motion for a preliminary injunction which hopefully would lead to this rule being set aside. and not implemented. and at some point, do these cases merge? or will they be kept separate? you know, that remains to be seen, of course, as you know, there s motion practice. there s all sorts of possibilities. but at this point, they re parallel cases. and, of course, we work closely with our partners. planned parenthood has been a big partner for democratic
