EM Bureau Kohima/Dimapur, Aug. 11 (EMN): Three dead bodies were found at separate locations in the state, the police said. One person was found dead in a drain on Thursday morning below Naga Hospital Authority Kohima (NHAK). Until afternoon, the identity of the person was not established and was only identified later in the evening by the family members at the police station. The Additional SP and PRO, Kohima Police, Vitoshe K Sumi, speaking to Eastern Mirror informed that the wife and children came for identification in the evening, and he was identified as Pardeshi Lal (45). The deceased hailed from Bishnupur (Helta), Gumla district in Jharkhand, presently residing in Zubza GREEF camp in Kohima. The police officer informed that the exact cause of death is yet to be ascertained as the result of the post-mortem is awaited. Zelhou Keyho, General Secretary of Nagaland Baptist Council of Churches (NBCC). Instead, ‘we have become complicated people, sticky and slippery with peace, and we have not being honest with peace and the cliché of peace-loving is becoming business,’ he added. The reverend was speaking at the inaugural programme of Peace Centre (North East Institute of Social Sciences and Research -NEISSR and Peace Channel), at the premises of St. Joseph’s School in Chümoukedima on Friday.
