Teammates of Kurt Capewell have rallied around the Penrith Panthers star after a porn film surfaced of the utility player engaged in a sex act with another man.
The clip of the 27-year-old hardman was recorded in 2013 when he was working as a carpenter, playing local footy, and struggling for cash.
Capewell said he s lived with the video hanging over him for a number of years and ultimately knew it would come back to haunt him.
Since the story broke, other young men have spoken out claiming the same adult film company used lies, deceit and manipulation to get them on camera.
