Eastern Police District Director Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay said in aradio interviewon Sunday that Cuenca, 33, will be charged with reckless imprudence resulting in damage to property and disobedience to agents in authority. A passing delivery rider was also hit by a stray bullet as the police tried to "disable" the actor's black sports utility vehicle. Based on the report by the Mandaluyong City Police Station, the incident happened along Silangan Street, near Pantaleon Street, in Barangay Barangka Ibaba at about 8:30 p.m. Cuenca's vehicle hit the left side of the police patrol car and rammed a barrier. President Duterte graced the symbolic unveiling of a bridge marker in Rockwell, Makati City. The modern bridge will connect Estrella Street in Makati City to Barangka Drive in Mandaluyong City. It is a four-lane bridge that will replace the old temporary steel truss bridge connecting the two cities which used to be a two-way bridge with a single lane per direction.
