Well, that celebration only marks the beginning. For the entire month of May, the company celebrates AAPI Heritage Month with, among other things, a series of special beer releases. May is Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. This gives Lucky Envelope Brewing the opportunity to celebrate its heritage the best way it knows how; the brewery will release a series of special beers and host some fun at the brewery. Along with the beer, a series of AAPI-owned food trucks will serve up food (schedule below). The brewery will donate a portion of May’s beer sales to Seattle’s Asian Counseling and Referral Service (ACRS) . ....
